REGISTRATION PROCESS

There are two registration options for the Mirboo North Art Show:​

• Complete our ONLINE JEWELLERY ENTRY FORM (preferred)

• Download our Registration Form and return by post.

REGISTRATION FEES

• 1-5 ITEMS: $10

• 6-25 ITEMS: $15

• 26-50 ITEMS: $20

Fees are to be paid as follows:​

• By Direct Debit in advance to Acc: MN Primary School, BSB:633 000 and Acc No: 140 875 881;   Please include in your Reference: Surname, initial and words Entry Fee (e.g. Smith, P - Entry Fee); or

• By Credit card via the Mirboo North Primary School by phone 5668 1375; or 

• On delivery of Jewellery to Mirboo North Primary School on Friday 22nd July by credit card or cash

As part of entry fee, Exhibitors will receive one free entry to the Mirboo North Art Show. Additional tickets may be purchased at the door.

No refunds on entry fees will be given on exhibits not delivered for exhibition.

• Via Registred Post (to be received by Friday 22 July 2022)

JEWELLERY COLLECTION OPTIONS

• Mirboo North Primary School (11am-3pm, Monday 1 August 2022)

• Via Registered Post (a prepaid self-addressed satchel to be provided by artist) (sent after 1 August 2022)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All Artists will be required to supply labels and label their own jewellery.

• The labels are to include the price and an individual item code that will be issued by the Art Show Committee. These codes will be based on the inventory document completed by the artist prior to delivery of work.

• Jewellery pieces are required to be individually packaged with labels to avoid confusion.

• UNLABELLED WORK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

• Applications must be returned no later than Wednesday 20 July 2022

• Applications to include: Entry Form, Entry Fee, Profile Picture, Bio and 2-4 photos of your work.

• Please label your package and any display items clearly.

• The organising committee reserves the right to amend the Prize category without notice.

• All items exhibited will be judged but the organisers reserve the right to not exhibit items, in which case fees will not be refunded.

• In the event of a disagreement of the price, the nominated price on your inventory document shall be ruled as correct.

• All items must be delivered ready for sale labelled with item codes supplied by the committee.

• Items will be displayed at the discretion of the organisers.

• All care will be taken however no responsibility will be accepted for exhibits.

• Winning pieces from previous years cannot be entered again.

• All work entered must be for genuine sale and exhibitors will be responsible for insurance of work in transit to and from the place of exhibition, in storage and whilst on exhibition.

• 25% commission will be charged on the sale price of all items sold.

• Payment for jewellery will be paid directly into your nominated bank account within 30 days of sale.

• Delivery and pick-up (including mailing) of all Jewellery exhibits (including display cases, etc) is at no cost to the Mirboo North Art Show Committee or Mirboo North Primary School. The costs of postage of unclaimed items will be deducted from artist’s payment.
